We brought a factory's entire production flow into one system.
For Meridyen Metal we built a custom production management system that brings the factory's core operations onto one platform: production planning, work orders, operator records, quality control, material management and lot traceability.

In production, a problem never starts on a single screen.
Completing a work order depends on interdependent decisions being made at the right time: planning, material, operator, quality and due date.
In Meridyen we tied all of these decisions together around one production record.
- 01
Planning
The work order is placed on a station and shift; maintenance and capacity are checked.

- 02
Work order
MM-260184: drawing, material lot, route, planned versus actual.

- 03
Operator
Tablet: active job, instruction, produced quantity, downtime reason.

- 04
Quality
Measurements tied to the production record; release locked while mandatory checks are missing.

- 05
Rework
NCR-1042: 20 pieces set aside for rework, no scrap record.

- 06
Re-inspection
Reworked pieces are measured again; after acceptance the lot history closes.

- MaterialTraceability
Making a plan is not enough. The system also has to understand conflicts.
Work orders are planned by station and shift. The system checks maintenance windows and capacity; when a conflict appears, it shows the planner a workable alternative directly.

For the conflict on K-01 the system suggests moving the work order to K-02. The planner applies the suggestion in one step; the due date is unaffected.
Real business rules run behind the interface.

The same production record, different working environments.
From the technical drawing to the material lot and the production route, everything is kept in the same work order.

On the floor, only what is needed.

- 340
- Remaining
- 160
When the operator taps "Finish job", the system asks for confirmation of the remaining quantity; the job does not close until the produced quantity is entered again.

We did not treat quality control as a form at the end of the process.
Measurements are tied directly to the production record; a non-conformance lives inside the system until it is closed.

- 20 pieces to rework
- NCR-1042
- Re-inspection
- Quality acceptance

Reworked≠Quality acceptance
A piece is accepted as conforming only after it is inspected again.
Missing material is not just a stock problem. It changes the production plan.
Meridyen does not only show the missing quantity; it ties the shortage to the operation it affects and to the production plan.

One lot.
The whole production history.
Real software shows itself when things go wrong.

We designed real use,
not just the happy path.
Behind the screens you see, a software infrastructure is running.
Planning, production and quality screens run on the same data and business rules. What each user sees is separated by their role and permissions.

Not a single dashboard. An interconnected production system.

Digitising production is more than moving screens to digital.
We built a production system that ties planning, people, material, quality and data together in the same workflow.

Let us build a system specific to your production.
Where off-the-shelf software does not fit your workflow, we analyse your process and design and build custom software systems around the way your business works.
