MUTLU GROUP ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM

Mutlu Group is an industrial company that manufactures machines for producing bread and baked goods. The collections process had long been managed via phone-based account information, manual tracking of payment receipts, and bank reconciliations. Verifying whether a payment had been made, matching the correct payment to the correct customer, and tracking the process required a separate operation for each transaction.

To streamline this process, we developed a custom collection system for the company.

Authorized users can create a personalized payment link in seconds by entering customer information, the payment amount, and a description through the user dashboard. When the customer opens this link, they see only their own payment details and a card form. There is no need for them to create an account, use a separate app, or send a receipt after payment.

We also kept the payment process as short and controlled as possible. Card information is transmitted directly to the payment processor, and the transaction is verified by the bank using 3D Secure. Installment options and interest rates can be set through the admin panel; the result of a successful or failed payment is reflected in the system the moment the transaction is completed.

On the administrative side, we’ve made it possible to track the collection process on a single screen. Daily and monthly collections, pending payments, customer and reference searches, status filters, and necessary cancellation procedures can all be managed through the same panel.
