A QR menu is a digital menu that guests browse on their phones after scanning a code at the table. At Şahan Design, we prepare the guest interface, the product admin panel and the QR code links together. When a product or price changes, you can update the menu from the panel.
A menu designed for phones
We organise categories around your service and present product names, descriptions, photos, prices and portion options in a consistent layout. The menu opens in the phone's browser without a separate app.
Content your team controls
Products can be added, prices changed and unavailable items hidden from the panel. For multiple branches, we separate shared information from branch-specific fields and set permissions according to whether content is managed centrally or by each branch.
Languages and allergen information
We provide separate fields for product names and descriptions in different languages. At the start, we agree where the translations will come from and who approves them. Ingredients and allergen information are published using data verified by your business.
QR codes and handover
Content updates do not change the QR code as long as the menu address stays the same. We plan the domain and hosting with this continuity in mind. We check the menu on different phones and deliver the code files and instructions for using the panel.
Ordering and payment options
If needed, we plan table ordering, kitchen screens, till integration and payments separately. For these features, we can look at our admin panel, automation and integration and custom payment system services together.

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Scanning the code opens the menu in the phone's browser. An internet connection is needed to view the web-based menu.
Does the QR code change when we update the menu?
The code stays the same as long as the menu address does. You can update products, prices and descriptions from the admin panel. We plan the domain and redirects to maintain this continuity.
Can we hide products ourselves?
Yes. In the admin panel, you can hide products you're temporarily not serving or mark them as unavailable. When you make a product available again, its photo and description are kept.
Can each branch have a different menu?
Yes. We can keep shared product information in one place while separating prices, availability and menu options by branch. We agree who manages each field at the start.
Can guests order and pay through the QR menu?
These features can be developed separately. Matching orders to tables, sending them to the kitchen and recording payments require additional workflows. We define the scope around how your restaurant operates.
Who provides translations and allergen information?
We decide together who prepares and approves the translations. Your business verifies the ingredients and allergen information. We provide fields in the software where you can manage this content.
