We start by learning who the presentation is for and how it will be used. We plan the amount of information differently for a deck presented by a speaker and a file that will be read by email.
Narrative structure
We define the main message, the supporting information and the decision you expect. We merge repetitive slides and move off-topic details to appendices. We make sure each title says clearly what its slide is about.
Charts and tables
We present approved data with sources, periods and units, choosing chart types for the intended comparison and checking labels and scales.
Editable templates
We prepare cover, section, text, image and data slides to suit your brand. We agree on the presentation software at the start and keep the areas that will be updated editable. We plan font, animation and media needs accordingly.
Delivery
We check long titles, text overflow, images and chart labels. We deliver the editable file and a PDF for sharing separately. Copywriting and new content production are assessed separately.

Frequently asked questions
Can we edit the presentation later?
Yes. We prepare an editable file in the agreed presentation software. At handover, we explain how to update the text, images and templates, along with the fonts needed and usage notes.
Can you redesign our existing presentation?
Yes. We review the content and what it's for, then work with you on the order of information, any repetition and the visual storytelling. After that, we redesign the slides to suit your brand.
Do you design investor presentations?
Yes. We prepare the narrative and visual layout, using business model information, financial data and forecasts supplied and approved by you.
Are the charts editable?
We prepare editable charts where the chosen software supports them. For custom illustrations or detailed diagrams, we agree the delivery format separately, based on how you'll need to update them.
Will the PDF and PowerPoint look the same?
We check the basic layout in both files. Animation and video do not behave the same way in PDF. We review font and media differences and make the required adaptations before delivery.
Can we request just a presentation template?
Yes. We can prepare cover, section, text, image and chart layouts that your team can add content to. We scope template design and placing finished content on the slides separately.
