How does the process work after I get in touch?
In our first contact we discuss your project's scope, your goals and your budget. Then we prepare a tailored quote. Once we agree, we take a brief and start the design process. We stay in constant communication at every stage.
Which channel is fastest to reach you?
Messaging on WhatsApp is the fastest way. During working hours we usually reply within 1-2 hours. You can also reach us by email, and we respond within 24 hours at the latest.
How is project pricing determined?
Since the scope of each project varies, pricing is determined on a project-by-project basis. There are standard starting prices for services such as logo design, corporate identity, and social media management. After we discuss the details, we’ll provide you with a clear quote.
Do you have an office, can we meet in person?
Şahan Design is a boutique team of designers and developers from across Türkiye, and everyone works freelance. With that setup we do not keep an office for client visits; we hold our meetings online instead. The whole process, from brief and presentation to revisions and delivery, runs remotely with a written record.
What are the delivery times?
Although it varies depending on the scope of the project, we typically deliver most designs within 3–7 days. Logo design takes 1–3 weeks, and web design takes 6–8 weeks. We can offer special solutions for urgent projects.
Do I get revisions?
Of course. You’ll have the right to revisions, which will be determined based on the type of project. Since our goal is your satisfaction, we’re usually flexible. It’s important to us that the design turns out exactly the way you want it.
