How does the process work after I get in touch?
In our first contact we discuss your project's scope, your goals and your budget. Then I prepare a tailored quote. Once we agree, I take a brief and start the design process. We stay in constant communication at every stage.
Which channel is fastest to reach you?
Messaging on WhatsApp is the fastest way. During working hours I usually reply within 1-2 hours. You can also reach me by email, and I respond within 24 hours at the latest.
How is project pricing determined?
Since the scope of each project varies, pricing is determined on a project-by-project basis. There are standard starting prices for services such as logo design, corporate identity, and social media management. After we discuss the details, I’ll provide you with a clear quote.
Do you also work with clients outside Ankara?
Yes, I work online with clients all over Türkiye. Most of my clients are in different cities. We manage the whole process smoothly with tools like WhatsApp and Zoom. If you're in Ankara, we can also meet in person.
What are the delivery times?
Although it varies depending on the scope of the project, I typically deliver most designs within 3–7 days. Logo design takes 1–3 weeks, and web design takes 6–8 weeks. I can offer special solutions for urgent projects.
Do I get revisions?
Of course. You’ll have the right to revisions, which will be determined based on the type of project. Since my goal is your satisfaction, I’m usually flexible. It’s important to me that the design turns out exactly the way you want it.
