From needs analysis to print-ready delivery, I run every packaging project across eight clear steps.

Needs Analysis & Brand Discovery
In the first step I analyse your product, brand, target audience and market position in detail. Understanding your product's identity, the message it conveys and the markets it will compete in forms the foundation of the design.

I study competitor brands and market trends in your product's sector, so your packaging never looks ordinary and speaks a design language that stands out.

Building the Design Strategy
Guided by your brand identity, audience and sector analysis, I define the core elements: colour palette, typography, packaging form and overall design language, mapping out a strategy so the design is both aesthetic and sales-driven.

First Concept Designs
Based on the strategy I prepare 2-3 initial design concepts. Each highlights a different facet of your brand and offers alternative perspectives, providing the variety that helps capture the right first impression.

Feedback & Revision
I gather your thoughts on the initial alternatives and, guided by your preferences and expectations, refine the design through revisions until it reaches the ideal point we are aiming for.

3D Mockup & 360° Presentation
I bring your finalised packaging to life as 3D mockups at real dimensions, and with 360° rotatable visuals you can experience how the product will look on the shelf before it goes to print.

Print-Ready Technical Setup
The approved design is prepared exactly to print-house standards: dimensions, bleed and cut margins, colour profile (CMYK) and technical file settings. Getting every detail right prevents problems at the printing stage.

High-Resolution File Delivery
Finally, I deliver print-ready high-resolution PDFs and, if needed, open-source files (AI, PSD, etc.). I can also provide different variations or extra formats to suit your needs.
