We design exhibition stand graphics around the space's dimensions, its open sides and the products on display. We plan the brand information seen from a distance together with the product details read up close.
Stand plan and layout
We review organiser rules and the builder's dimensioned drawings. Entrances, ceiling height, fixed equipment and panel joins shape the layout.
Surfaces seen together
We prepare the back wall, side panels and counter in the same visual language. We check that text and logos do not break across corners or joins, and place product information where visitors can read it.
Production files
We confirm dimensions, colour settings and bleed for fabric, vinyl or panel printing with the producer. We deliver the approved files separately, named by surface. Structural engineering, fabrication, electrics and installation are planned separately from this graphic design scope.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also manufacture the stand?
This service covers visual design and production artwork. Fabrication, electrics and installation are planned separately. We prepare files to the stand builder's technical requirements.
Can you design graphics for an existing modular stand?
Yes. We review the dimensioned plan and photographs to identify visible surfaces, joins and fixed areas, then design the graphics to fit.
Which files do you need to start?
We need a dimensioned stand plan, the organiser's rules, the stand builder's print templates, a vector logo and product images. We identify any missing items together at the start.
Does every panel use the same design?
We assign each panel a role based on its location and viewing distance. Some prioritise the brand and main message, others product details. All follow the same visual language.
Can catalogues and presentations use the same visual language too?
Yes. We can plan the colour, typography and product imagery together. We set out the scope, schedule and cost of additional materials separately from the stand graphics.
What happens if the stand dimensions change?
We recheck the proportions, joins and sightlines at the new dimensions. We identify which elements of the existing design can be kept and update the necessary layouts before production.
