1. General

This website is operated by Şahan Design. By using the site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Services and orders

The service and package pages on this site serve two distinct purposes. Requests you send through the quote form serve as an introduction and a preliminary discussion. No commitment arises until the scope, timeline and fee have been mutually agreed and the quote has been approved.

By contrast, packages you add to your project and take through checkout are the subject of a binding sale. When you place an order, a distance selling agreement is formed between us. The scope is defined on the package page you selected and in your order summary. The terms of that sale are set out in the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Selling Agreement, and in the event of a dispute those two documents govern.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the rights to the text, visuals and designs on the site belong to Şahan Design. They may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Copyright and usage rights in work delivered to clients are set out in the project contract.

4. Limitation of liability

Site content is kept as current as possible. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Şahan Design cannot be held liable for indirect losses that may arise from use of the site.
