1. General

This website is operated by Şahan Design. By using the site you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Services and orders

The service and package pages on this site serve two distinct purposes. Requests you send through the quote form are informational and open a preliminary conversation; no commitment arises until scope, timeline and fee are agreed and the proposal is approved.

Packages you add to your project and take through the checkout steps, on the other hand, are the subject of a binding sale. Placing an order forms a distance selling agreement between us; the scope is defined on the package page you selected and in your order summary. The terms of that sale are set out in the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Selling Agreement, and those two documents prevail in the event of a dispute.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the rights to the text, visuals and designs on the site belong to Şahan Design and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Copyright and usage rights of delivered work are defined in the project agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Site content is kept as current as possible; however, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Şahan Design cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
