The design and software services presented on the site are for informational purposes. Each project is carried out under a scope, timeline and fee agreed separately between the parties. No commitment arises until a proposal and agreement are approved.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the rights to the text, visuals and designs on the site belong to Şahan Design and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Copyright and usage rights of delivered work are defined in the project agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Site content is kept as current as possible; however, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Şahan Design cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
