    Your monthly credits are set and loaded to your account on every due date.

  2. Request the work from your panel

    You pick the item from the menu and describe the job briefly. Its credits are reserved right away.

  3. Receive your delivery

    Reserved credits become spent once the work is delivered. Your statement shows every movement.

Working terms

The commitment is 6 months. The rules below apply to every package alike.

Rolling credits

Unused credits are not lost at month end. They build up for the length of the commitment.

Advance allowance

You do not stop when your credits run out. You may draw up to one month of package credits from the next month pool.

No charge without approval

When the advance is used up as well, work does not start on its own. You see the extra credit price and approve it.

If a payment is late

A grace period of 3 days applies. After that no new requests are accepted while work in progress continues. Your package reopens on its own once your payment arrives.

Revisions

A reasonable revision of delivered work costs no credits. A change of concept is a new item from the menu.

End of term

Remaining credits carry over into the renewed term or are used as work within the final period. Remaining credits are not refunded in cash.

One point of contact

Your work is carried out by Abdullah Şahan. There is no new contact and no new approval cycle for each job.

If you leave before the term ends

The remaining months are not charged. Your package closes at the end of the last period you have paid for, and you use your remaining credits as work within that period.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to my remaining credits at the end of the term?
When the commitment ends, your remaining credits carry over into the renewed term or are used as work within the final period. Remaining credits are not refunded in cash; this rule is also written in the Subscription Terms you approve during the order.
Can I change my package?
You can move up at any point within the term; the difference is reflected in that month due amount. Moving down and not renewing are decided at the renewal step.
How do I pay?
You pay the first month together with your project, by card or bank transfer. In the following months a one click payment link appears in your panel and your email on the due date.
Can one project hold both a subscription and one off work?
It can. The two run separately behind the scenes: one order is opened for your subscription and another for your one off work. Each has its own number and its own invoice, and you see both on one screen at the payment step.
What happens if the values in the credit menu change?
Menu changes do not apply retroactively. The credit value of a request is locked at the moment you send it.
What is the difference between the subscription and one off work?
One off work means a separate quote, a separate approval and a separate payment for every job. With the subscription your credit pool waits ready and requesting work comes down to a single step.
Can I leave before the commitment ends?
You can. The remaining months are not charged; your package closes at the end of the last period you have paid for and you use your remaining credits as work within that period. The same rule is written in the Subscription Terms you approve during the order.
