Working Terms
All the details of the subscription are clear from the start. You can find the terms and conditions applicable to all plans below.
Rolling credits
Unused credit does not expire at the end of the month. It continues to accumulate in your account throughout your commitment period, and you can use it whenever you need it.
Advance allowance
When your monthly credit runs out, you don’t have to wait for the next billing cycle. You can use an amount equal to your monthly credit package as an advance from the next billing cycle’s credit pool.
No charge without approval
Once your credit and advance allowance have been exhausted, the process will not continue automatically. We will review the credit required for additional usage, and proceed after receiving your approval.
Late payment
There is a 3 grace period for payments. After that, new requests are temporarily suspended, but ongoing work is not affected. Once your payment is complete, your subscription will be reactivated.
Revisions do not use up credit
Reasonable revisions within the scope of the delivered work do not require additional credit. A new concept or change in scope, however, is considered a new request.
Your loans are with you throughout the term
Unused credits roll over to the next period. During the final period of your subscription, you can use your remaining credits as part of the service. No cash refunds are issued for unused credits.
You'll work with a single team
Throughout your subscription, you’ll work with the Şahan Design team, who are familiar with your brand. You won’t have to look for a different team for each new project or explain the process from scratch.
Everything in a single panel
Your requests, files, messages, deliveries, and credit transactions are all consolidated in a single dashboard. You can see what’s going on at any time.
If you leave before the term ends
If you cancel your subscription before the 6-month commitment period ends, you will not be charged for the remaining months. Your subscription will end at the end of your last paid period; you may use any remaining credits during this time.

We’ve compiled a list of questions you might have about subscriptions, along with their answers.
What happens to my remaining credits at the end of the term?
When the commitment ends, your remaining credits carry over into the renewed term or are used as work within the final period. Remaining credits are not refunded in cash.
Can I change my package?
You can move up at any point within the term; the difference is reflected in that month's due amount. Moving down and not renewing are decided at the renewal step.
How do I pay?
You pay the first month together with your project, by card or bank transfer. The payment link reaches your panel and your email on the due date.
Can one project hold both a subscription and one-off work?
It can. The subscription and the one-off work open as separate orders; each has its own number and its own invoice.
What happens if the values in the credit menu change?
Menu changes do not apply retroactively. The credit value of a request is locked at the moment you send it.
What is the difference between the subscription and one-off work?
One-off work means a separate quote, approval and payment for every job. In the subscription your credit pool waits ready. A work request is a single step.
Can I leave before the commitment ends?
You can, but leaving before the commitment ends is subject to a contractual penalty. The credits you have used to date are recalculated at the non-committed unit price and the difference is charged. You can use your remaining credits until the closing date. The same rule is written in the Subscription Terms you approve during the order.
