Choose the package that best suits your monthly production volume. You can upgrade your package as your needs grow, or set your own amount if you’re planning a different budget.

Terms
What happens in each case
All the details of the subscription are clear from the start. You can find the working terms that apply to all packages below.
Your credits stay with you
Credits you have not used do not expire at the end of the month. They roll over to the next period and build up in your account throughout your commitment. In the final period of your subscription, you can use your remaining credits for services. Unused credits are not refunded in cash.
No waiting if credits run out
When your monthly credits run out, you don’t have to wait for the next period. You can use up to one month’s package credits as an advance from the next period’s pool.
No extra charge without your approval
When your credits and advance allowance have both run out, the process does not continue automatically. You see the credit cost of the extra use, and we carry on once you approve it.
Late payment
There is a 3-day grace period for payments. After that, new requests are temporarily suspended, but ongoing work is not affected. Once your payment is complete, your subscription will be reactivated.
Revisions do not use up credit
Reasonable revisions within the scope of the delivered work do not require additional credit. A new concept or change in scope, however, is considered a new request.
Your credits stay with you all term
Unused credits roll over to the next period. During the final period of your subscription, you can use your remaining credits for services. No cash refunds are issued for unused credits.
You'll work with a single team
Throughout your subscription, you’ll work with the Şahan Design team, who are familiar with your brand. You won’t have to look for a different team for each new project or explain the process from scratch.
Everything in a single panel
Your requests, files, messages, deliveries and credit transactions are gathered in a single panel. You can see what’s going on at any time.
If you leave early
If you want to leave before the 6-month commitment ends, your subscription is closed and the credits you have used up to that point are recalculated at the no-commitment unit price. The difference is charged as the penalty set out in the contract. You can use your remaining credits until the closing date.

We’ve compiled the questions you might have about the subscription, along with their answers.
What happens to my remaining credits at the end of the term?
When the commitment ends, your remaining credits carry over into the renewed term or are used for services in the final period. Unused credits are not refunded in cash.
Can I change my package?
You can upgrade at any time during the term. The difference is reflected in that month's payment. Downgrading or not renewing is decided at the renewal step.
How do I pay?
You pay for the first month together with your project, by card or bank transfer. In the following months, the payment link is sent to your panel and your email on the due date.
Can one project include both a subscription and one-off work?
Yes. The subscription and the one-off work are opened as separate orders, each with its own number and invoice.
What happens if the values in the credit menu change?
Menu changes do not apply retroactively. The credit value of a request is locked at the moment you send it.
What is the difference between the subscription and one-off work?
One-off work means a separate quote, approval and payment for every job. With a subscription, your credit pool is ready and waiting. A work request takes a single step.
Can I leave before the commitment ends?
You can, but leaving before the commitment ends is subject to a contractual penalty. The credits you have used up to that point are recalculated at the no-commitment unit price and the difference is charged. You can use your remaining credits until the closing date. The same rule is also set out in the Subscription Terms you accept when you order.
