More about this service

Brand identity defines how your brand appears in documents, presentations, signage and on screen. We define the logo, colour, typography and layout rules together and design the materials your team will use around them.

Choosing the materials

We plan business cards, letterheads, folders, quote documents, presentations and digital templates around your everyday needs. We can work with your existing logo. If it needs updating, we address this through logo design before designing the applications.

Colour, typography and layout

We define primary and secondary colours, heading and body typefaces, spacing and image use. When choosing typefaces, we consider legibility, support for the languages you use and the software your team works with. Commercial font licences are not included. We explain any licensing requirements at the start.

Print and digital files

We confirm print dimensions, bleed and colour settings with the printer. We prepare editable templates in the programs your team will use and test them with changes to names and text.

Brand guidelines

We bring the logo's spacing and background rules, colour codes, typefaces and application examples together in the guidelines. We deliver editable files and print exports in separate folders.

For presentations, see our corporate presentation design service. Examples of our identity work include ATD Center and Denta İstanbul.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with our existing logo?

Yes. We first check the file quality, legibility and suitability for the planned applications. If it needs adjustments or an update, we discuss this before designing the materials.

Which materials are included?

We agree on the materials you need, such as business cards, letterheads, folders, quote documents, presentations and digital templates. The quote sets out clearly which applications we'll prepare.

What are brand guidelines for?

They ensure the same design rules are followed whenever new materials are created. They explain the clear space around the logo, suitable backgrounds, colour codes and typefaces, with examples. Your team and suppliers can use this document as a reference.

Can we edit the information in the documents later?

Yes. We can prepare the documents you'll be updating as templates for the software you use. At handover, we supply the editable files separately from the exports that are ready for printing and sharing.

Is printing included in the design service?

We plan print production separately from the design. We prepare the design files to the printer's technical requirements, and agree on the paper, printing method, printer and production cost separately.

Can every employee use the chosen fonts?

That depends on the font licence. When choosing typefaces, we take into account the software your team will use and where the fonts will be used. We explain the licences needed and how to use the templates in the handover notes.
