Frequently asked questions
Is requesting a quote free?
Yes. Preparing a quote costs nothing and creates no obligation until you approve it.
I'm not sure exactly what I need. Can I still get in touch?
You can. You do not need a finished list. Describe what you need and we shape the scope together.
How is the price decided?
By scope. The items, the stages and the files to be delivered are written out one by one in the quote. If the scope changes later, any new item is also put to you in writing for approval.
How does payment work?
We start with a deposit and collect the balance on delivery. On long projects payment is split into stages and every stage is written into the contract.
Can design and software come from the same place?
They can. Brand identity, print work, digital marketing and software development are all handled by the same team. Because the work does not change hands, nothing gets lost along the way.
We are in a different city. Can we work remotely?
We can. We run calls on Şahan Meet, which we built ourselves. Files, revision requests and payments are collected in the client panel throughout the project.
