DELFİN CRANE CUSTOM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Thanks to the custom system I built for Delfin Crane, maintenance and technical-service processes are now run entirely digitally. More than 30 forms that were previously filled in by hand can now be completed online via tablet. After logging into the website, users select the form type, fill it in easily, and all responses are automatically exported to a custom PDF format.

The generated PDF documents are instantly emailed to the relevant departments and can be printed for physical archiving when needed. The system also makes data tracking easier by allowing past reports to be viewed by order number.

This advanced infrastructure both saves time and prevents manual errors. Delfin Crane's technical teams now complete field operations with just their tablets, and forms are archived automatically.

With this project I digitised classic paperwork processes, speeding up the workflow, reducing the margin of error and modernising the user experience.
