Flakefest Packaging Design

We built Flakefest's three different rice-cake variants as a system that stands together as one family on the shelf yet can be told apart instantly through colour coding.

On top of the existing logo, we built a composition with strong shelf presence. To reflect the feel of the product itself, we used puffy, textured lettering and gave the information hierarchy a clear flow. We applied light-and-dark tonal contrasts that add depth to the brand's defined palette (burgundy, petrol green, turquoise).

The key element of the design was the imagery: we processed the original product photos with AI and brought the crispness of the rice cakes and the moment they snap into the design in their most appetising form.
