During trademark registration, we coordinate the preparation of the application files and the flow of information. We carry out application-specific assessments with our specialist partners and set out at the start who is responsible for each stage.
Identifying the application needed
Brand names and logos, product appearance and technical inventions involve different protection routes. We review your needs with the relevant specialist. See TÜRKPATENT's trademark page and official guidance for the basics.
Preparing the file
We gather the applicant details, the brand name, the approved logo file and the list of goods or services. We review the classes with a specialist against your current and planned activities. We confirm with you which version of the file will be used.
Filing and follow-up
We share letters from the trademark office and requests for additional documents with you. Legal opinions and oppositions are handled by the relevant specialist. Filing an application does not mean the registration is complete. The official examination and decision rest with TÜRKPATENT.
Service fees, official charges and any work to be assessed separately are set out in the quote. Patent, design or overseas applications are planned separately.

Does having a logo designed register the trademark?
No. Design and registration are separate processes. Registration requires an application and official assessment. Tell us at the start if you need it so we can coordinate the files.
Are trademarks and patents the same thing?
No. Trademarks concern signs that distinguish goods or services, while patents concern technical inventions. Design protection may be an option for a product's appearance. We work out the right route with the relevant specialist.
Do you guarantee that an application will be accepted?
No. Preliminary searches and file preparation help you decide, but they do not replace the official examination. We explain the process, possible additional work and responsibilities at the start.
Which parts do you handle?
We prepare the trademark files and application details, and coordinate communication and follow-up. For anything that needs application-specific expertise or a legal opinion, we work with our partners in that field.
