Graphic Design

We turn your product list, images and technical data into a catalogue ready for print and screen.

Open product catalogue on a wooden table: chair photo and product name on the left page, colour options and dimension table on the right

We build the catalogue page by page.

01

Cover

We lead with the brand and the collection, and build the cover's visual language together with the inner pages.

02

Contents and section openers

We separate product groups with section openers and page numbers.

Open catalogue: contents list on the left, dark dining room section opener on the right
03

Product pages

The name, image, description and technical data sit in the same place for every product. We adapt the layout for long texts and different images.

Product spread: chair photo and name on the left, fabric options and specification table on the right
04

Material and dimension tables

We show materials, colours, dimensions and product codes in tables that are easy to compare. We match the codes in the catalogue to the information you use when ordering.

Materials page: eight colour swatches with codes, product codes and a dimension table on the facing page
05

A template for new products

We build the pages on templates. When a new product is added, the catalogue keeps its layout.

More about this service

We design your catalogue so products are easy to find and compare. Before planning pages, we learn about the readers, product groups and intended use.

From content to page plan

We organise product codes, dimensions, descriptions and images in a shared list. We clarify any missing or conflicting information with you, then set the category order and how the pages are allocated.

Page design

We prepare samples for the cover, section openers and product pages. We apply the approved layout across the catalogue and adapt it where long text or dense technical tables need it. We check photos and drawings at the size they will be printed.

Print and digital delivery

We set the margins and page layout to suit the format, binding and paper choices. We check bleed, resolution, fonts and colour settings against the printer's requirements. We prepare the digital PDF separately, with a file size suited to sharing and working links.

Before delivery, we review product codes, page numbers and tables together. Photography, new illustrations, copywriting, translation and printing are planned separately.

See our catalogue work for MCH Alüminyum. We also offer magazine design for recurring publications and e-commerce website design for online sales.

Frequently asked questions

How should we send the content?

We can start with a structured product list and images matched to product codes. We agree on description, dimension and option fields and resolve gaps before design.

Do we need a fixed page count at the start?

All we need to know is your product groups and how much content you have. We then decide the page count together, based on image sizes, how much technical detail there is and your printing preferences.

Are print and digital catalogues the same file?

They share the same design but use different file settings. The print version follows the printer's specifications. For the digital version, we adjust the file size, on-screen readability and links.

Can the catalogue include technical tables and drawings?

Yes. We incorporate your existing tables and drawings so the information is easier to compare. We use technical data with your approval. If new drawings are needed, we plan them separately.

Can new products be added to our existing catalogue?

We decide after reviewing the source files and images. If the files are suitable, we can continue with the same layout. If there's only a PDF, or the product structure has changed significantly, the pages may need to be rebuilt.

Are photography and copywriting included?

We scope these separately from catalogue design. We can work with your existing content, or separately plan any new photography, copy and translation you need. We agree on responsibilities and costs before work starts.
