(Changes cannot be made on the current completed order.) 2. If the Design Has Begun:It is not possible to cancel products that are in the design process.   • What are the return conditions?
    There is no return option for products designed in accordance with the information sent by you. However, if there is a problem with these products solely caused by me, it will be redesigned upon your request and my assessment and delivered within the time specified in the acceptance of the change request. I would also like to state that if the design is redesigned for a reason caused by me, the design will be redesigned as approved by you. In order for the return to be processed, it is sufficient to contact me and specify your return request. If there is any copyright element in the design or any defect in the design, the necessary problem will be solved by sending it to me from the contact page, otherwise, if the problem cannot be solved, the refund will be processed within 1 - 10 working days. It cannot be returned if it is used or if the design file is accessed after the order is completed. After the product's compliance with the above-mentioned Return Conditions is checked, it is found suitable for return and the return is approved, the refund of the payment you made for your order will be transferred to your credit card or bank account, depending on your payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to see your refund on your credit card or bank account. The refund period depends only on the bank where you have your account and in this context, I do not have any right or authority regarding the process.
  • When will I be refunded for the product I returned/canceled?
