  • How can I create an order?
    As Şahan Design, my difference from advertising agencies is that I carry out all processes online through my website. By adapting your accustomed e-commerce experience to design processes, you can add the product you want to the basket and get the design service in the comfort of your home. You can type the product name you need into the search field on the main page or you can find it on the Services page. The names of some products may differ according to the market, you can contact me for the products you cannot find. My site will guide you step by step during the ordering process, which starts by adding the product you have decided to buy into your basket.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    You have the right to cancel any order whose design has not started, just contact me. After the cancellation e-mail sent to you, you can view the amount you paid for the order on your credit card statement or bank account transactions. (average 5 working days) **For purchases with installments, the price you paid for the order will be returned to your card in installments. ** Iban Number - I will need the name, surname and bank information of the Iban holder for your money transfer/EFT payments. It is not possible to cancel the order that has entered the design phase.
  • Can I cancel my order after the design has started?
    Cancellation and refund of the order that has entered the design phase is not possible.
  • I couldn't find the product I was looking for on the site, can you try a special price for me?

    You can complete your order by choosing one of the multiple payment methods on my website. You can pay by credit card in installments or in one go. When you select the money transfer option, you can see my account information and say complete the order without making any payment.

    When you add the products to the cart and come to the payment step, the credit card payment option will be automatically selected.
